Who can buy from UNITOP?
Registered Canadian businesses with an approved business account: restaurants, caterers, food service operators, distributors, retailers and manufacturers. We do not sell to consumers.
Why can’t I see prices?
Prices are shown to approved business accounts. Apply once; after verification (usually 1–2 business days) your prices appear on every product.
How does Advance Booking work?
You book cartons from our incoming shipments at the booking price in your account. We confirm the booking and order the goods for you. When your order is in Canada and ready, we invoice you; you pay, and we deliver.
When do I pay?
Nothing at booking. We email your invoice when your order is in Canada and ready to deliver. Payment is due before delivery.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, at no charge until we confirm it. A confirmed booking is binding because we have ordered the goods for you; cancelling it costs 10% of its value.
Is my price fixed?
Yes. The booking price is fixed when we confirm your booking.
When will my order arrive?
Expected delivery for current bookings: To be confirmed. It is an estimate; we keep you updated by email.
Where do you deliver?
Across Canada, to your business address. Delivery is quoted before dispatch.
What is the minimum order?
Orders are in full cartons. You can mix products in one booking.
