How Advance Booking works

    Apply

    Open a business account. We verify your business, usually within 1–2 business days.

  2. 02
    Book

    Choose products and cartons at the booking price shown in your account. No payment.

  3. 03
    We confirm

    We confirm by email and order the goods for you. Your price is fixed from here.

  4. 04
    In transit

    Your cartons travel with our shipment from India. We keep you updated.

  5. 05
    Pay & receive

    When it’s in Canada and ready, we invoice you. Pay, and we deliver.

  • No capital tied up

    Nothing to pay at booking. You pay when your cartons are in Canada and ready to deliver.

    Bookings from many businesses are combined into full containers, so you can book by the carton.

  • Importing handled

    Factory order, shipping, customs and duty are handled by UNITOP.

  • Know what you’re getting

    Every product is specified: dimensions, material and carton packing.

Booking terms

  • Your booking is a request until we confirm it. Until then you can cancel it from your account at no charge.
  • Once we confirm it, the booking is binding: we order the goods for you. Cancelling a confirmed booking costs 10% of its value.
  • The booking price is fixed when we confirm the booking.
  • Expected delivery: To be confirmed. This is an estimate; we keep you updated by email.
  • We email your invoice when your order is in Canada and ready to deliver. Payment is due before delivery.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars, landed in Canada with import duty paid. GST/HST is extra. Delivery to your address is quoted before dispatch.
